I usually look arround on local/nationwide pc markets or generall buy and sell places. Live in sweden though so if something is at fault its a bit easier to return it the closer the seller is.
Never used Ebay myselfe. As for pc specs, i have a E8500 and a 620W psu. Make sure u dont need to uppgrade those as well, especially if u considering a 4890. Remember, im by no means a pc expert.
