what are the locations of the companions ?

the game says there are 7 i only found 4 and finished the game:
THE PIRATE
THE ELF WIZARD
THE DWARF THAT GIVES CRITCAL bonus TO ARCHERS
THE PALADIN
WHERE ARE THE OTHERS?
