Team CCCP!!! Considering there have been no team competitions yet, team USSR could just be organized as team VVS. Then it would be VAS vs VVS. Penor flight could just be part of one or the other. ... and Mirgervin should get to be on team USSR too  how is formation flying going to work on maps where people respawn?
