Blind rage medal requirements

Like I said, I am only at about 18,000+ at level 52.

Perhaps I should have stretched/stalled some battles to be able to pull off more rage usage. But it's strange, as I have largely been using the most costly rage abilities throughout the game - lava flow and fiery phantoms.

Have you played the game on normal and easily reached/surpassed the 21,000 rage requirement?
