I still don't even know how to pronounce it. There is a food called "kefir," but I don't know if it's pronounced like that, and even if it was, it would still sound funny.

Nope, never saw the URL, but I did cheat a little. At first I thought it might be a very early Rutan design, from before he got into composites. Then I remembered who posted the picture and knew it had to be Russian
So I did a google for "Soviet Canard" and there it was LoL
