It is most likely a securom issue. Try the following.

Go here: https://support.securom.com/analysis.php

Download the SecuROM diag tool and run a scan. Just get it to update the nessesary files and it should then run.

Default Goto UBI HelpDesk forum for fix ......

I recently asked about this issue on the UBI HelpDesk forum. As always they are a helpful bunch and will email a fix for the 'spinning disc'. Check out ....

Firstly, not all copies of 1946 sold in the UK are SecuRom "protected". Next, if you do encounter the "spinning disc" problem then let us know and someone will post you the very simple fix."

Thank you VERY MUCH. It was indeed a securerom issue! And the tool solved the problem. thx a lot! I can fly again!!
