Well, funnily enough the voices are one of the least liked feature of the game - So you may actually enjoy it better without However i can't say for sure whether the game will continue to run without it.

As the error says, the file is corrupted - I'm not sure if there is a known solution for this, you'd have to get the game again i believe.
You could try contacting the place you got the game from (steam/gamersgate etc..) they should offer a refund or a replacement considering the product is faulty.
