If there are no more new missions that means you beat the game. Your right, there is no film at the end of the German and Allied campaign, but it is a Russian game and they deserve it.
However, if in future patches, heres some ideas for three ending movies: Germans defending Berlin against the Russians Allies crossing the Rhine Final movie for finishing game (perhaps clips from WWII)
