So... before 12 seconds of being lightly hit you can crash without them getting the score, but you lose only one point?

What about after one minute... the wording of that seems a bit off, so you have got 12 seconds to not crash after you have been hit lightly and one minute not to crash after being hit severely to not give them the kill?

Is that right?
