I've got a tip for you to get a guaranteed game....

1) Go to your PC,

2) Order IL-2 1946 Forgotten Battles for £6 or $10, of 7 Euro's depending where you're from.

3) Install

4) Play, guaranteed game, even with a low budget PC due to game's age, still has acceptable graphics, but 100's of people online all at the same time, with true realism settings and everything WORKS, no crappy physics, no bullshit armaments or ugly paint schemes, no Crash / Kill problems, just 100 working gaming fun!

With the risk of getting 'stop acting like a mod!!11!1!' thrown at me again, I'd like to kindly request you'd stop selling 1946 on this forum. I've got no problems with it usually, especially in the 'What's the most up to date flight sim' thread, but it's getting a bit out of hand with you.
It's a good game, better than BoP in a couple of ways, but that's not a reason to rant on and on about it in every single thread. The OP was asking about BoP, and wasn't asking about 1946 in any way.

P.S. Robert, you can add me as well (GT = Ancient Seraph), but I'm not playing a lot atm.

Sloppy - thanks, will add you later today!

House - I have a Mac. And ZERO interest in 1946. I would agree with Ancient Seraph on this one; the forum is for Birds of Prey, and the more we band together to at least play BOP, the less we will need other games.

Thanks all who answered, I will be sending out friend requests this afternoon!

I agree with you agreeing, and I agree too

Robert: you can add me as well: MorgothME

for the record, I dont think it is fair to compare PC 1946 with console BOP.
PC - console is the first reason
2nd one is that BOP focusses more on less-than-hardcore-simmers

And like I said, both games offer thing the other game doesnt have.

lol I'm not going to throw stop acting like a mod at you, and i dont believe it was aimed at you the first time but as you wish, I apologise wholeheartedly and unreservedly.

to answer more sensibly to the OP, there are people but it doesn't work very well, host your own and more often than not, people will join.
There's always someone on, and personally I've never had any problem finding games, or getting people joining once I've created one.

Feel free to add "House MD 221B" and I'll happily give you a game when I get my Red Ringed Xbox back from Frankfurt Germany where it's being repaired. Because don't get me wrong, I enjoy playing it on SIM mode, but I'm disappointed with the fact it has SO MANY flaws, otherwise as I have said elsewhere, it is the BEST Flight Sim the consoles will more than likely EVER see, if they do a sequel I hope they learn from their mistakes.

Add me too if you want. I'm either on this or NFS Shift at the moment.
