hahha.. Yeah, I noticed that a week or two ago, and said to myself.. "With such a cool game, this is a cheap ass detail.. " lol... The more we play it, the more analytical we will be with it. It's natural..But, yeah, that is such an easy thing to spend a little bit of time on to fix. It's the small attention to detail that makes a big impact on anything worth building IMHO.. Still gonna fly tho..
I am hoping by at least by the time a sequil comes out that they have been listening. Gamers are becoming more and more detail oriented and demanding. The devs need to be noticing that. In my lifetime, I have seen gaming go from actually out in the yard playing lawn darts, to PONG, Astroids, Space Invaders to Frogger and Donkey Kong, to Defender and Xaxxon, Red Barron, Doom, and now what they are today.. It is breath taking what the games have evolved from in my lifetime. A kid today will laugh their ass off watching a PONG match when back in the 1970s, we thought that was the most unbelieveable thing to be able to play tennis on our big ass TVs that we had to wait to warm up before they came on. We used to grip about the ball on PONG being square, now we grip about wheels on our planes not turning. hahhah... Fun to think about.. |

I love the game for what it is, but I wish I could go back to playing something like 1946 too. Sadly I have a mac. That's why when I saw this I was wished that it would be everything like 1946 but on a console, so I could finally get my chance to play real IL2 games. But it didn't happen.
![]() Also, X-Play gave this game a 10/10 on their review...lol. |

Doesn't seem like a practical way to do it though. |
