Haha, don't be fooled into thinking that I know what I'm talking about, all of my information about this subject is directly from that link, and using a single source to answer all of your questions is not good research policy. However, he does co-edit the Jane's Ammunition Handbook, so I'm not going to be too doubtful about his conclusions.
