Nope, never played a single match on arcade and never will.

Like I said, the main problem for me is with people DIVING in the plane and retaining too much maneuverability in the dive and too much speed after they pull out of the dive and subsequently climb back to a higher altitude. Let alone the fact that flying that way would would rip the airframe apart. But unlike the PC version, I don't think its possible to damage your aircraft by flying it beyond it's structural limits.

I agree with what your saying. I know this to be true because i have the B17 and use this tactic in strike sometimes

structural damage IS possible if you get the hurricane into a dive, its wings will get torn off at approx 540mph.

not tried with any other plane yet.

I pointed an Me-262 straight down once and firewalled it. Going straight down in a power dive, I believe it might be possible for this plane to break mach one. Unfortunately, it's not a repeatable experience. With the same plane that is. My tail came off.
