Thanks to everyone that showed up last night. Shame we couldn't get a few more people in, but it was still fun, and a good win for the RAF (as it should be!)
Good to hear people (on the RAF side at least. Can't speak for the Luft's) using comms to good effect. Only problem was that it was impossible to know who was calling for assistance! |

Agreed, that is something that should be implemented....certainly in the session screen, but also in game, something telling you who is talking.

Even call signs wouldn't help.... If I called out for help, with my callsign, you still wouldn't know where I was, unless I could give you a landmark or grid reference to follow, and in a hectic dogfight thats not always possible.
Maybe the dev's could allow player ID's to show up somewhere on screen when people are talking in realistic and arcade games. I don't think they should in Sim mode though, as it detracts from the realism. |
