tried to sweep but I don't think that the program works correctly. After analyse it suggests all the ATI files. When I click clean it removed all the files and after reboot the driver complained that it's missing some registry entries so I had to reinstall the drivers...

Thats the point of the Driver Sweeper,
it removes all old drivers, and the current one,
if you have a Nvidia card installed before the ATI then clean those as well,
after running the software you will have to re-install the ATI graphic driver.

The conf ini looks ok,
I see you have been running under Direct X and not Open GL though.

I take it other games are ok with your graphics card ?

Looks like net framework is missing needed for ATI driver installation.

Net frames comes with ATI driver packages usually, make sure you install it.

got a picture of of the screeen. But recently it goes directly to black screen and the computer is dead. Have to reset it. What is depressing that windows logs are clear so from the win view all is ok.

any ideas?

That looks like an overheating/faulty graphics card problem.

I agree with Alpha... it looks very like a hardware problem. IL-2 is very much stressing video cards, so its possible, that other games still work fine.

Try to clean your hardware with a brush from dust. May help.
