Have you tried this yet?
Deleting your cache file and letting it rebuild, this has fixed my launcher crash with the Team Fusion mod. You will find it here: - Clear your cache in :- \Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\cache. and let it rebuild, it will do this when you restart C.o.D. You can remove the whole of the cache file and it will rebuild itself.
