CloD crashes after loading screen
 

Hello! I'm new to these forums. After playing IL-2 1946 I figured I'd give Cliffs of Dover a go. I bought and installed it from Steam. First I changed the video and control settings like I do with all of my games. Then I went to do the first training mission and it only loads to 97 percent. After that a pop up says "Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close." I have tried reinstalling, reinstalling DirectX, .NET, getting Team Fusion, all sorts of stuff, and none of them worked. I thought that after nearly 2 years they would have patched stuff like this. Please help me as I am eager to play the game. :(

Deleting your cache file and letting it rebuild, this has fixed my launcher crash with the Team Fusion mod.

Clear your cache in :- \Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\cache. and let it rebuild, it will do this when you restart C.o.D. You can remove the whole of the cache file and it will rebuild itself.
