This quest I have has soemthing to do with a quest on the mainland, something with her making a potion for the ex frog lover. he can't get a frog so I need to find her to fix him a lovepotion

Ya. That's in the marsh lands near the starting castle. Enter the swamp, and talk to the guy in there.

Been there and helga is not in the spider cave, she is the witch that is supposed to make a love potion for the guy who won't get the frog.
Any more ideas?

I already told you !

At the castle where you get the quest (One of the mines, the one with the spider boss in it), there is a lift to the right when facing the castle. We're speaking 5 inches really. She is in that cave .. There's like 2-3 armies down there.

think you have the wrong quest in mind...
This si the one where helga needs to make a love ptoion so he doesn't need the frogs anymore and I can relaese them so I can marry the frog wife..
