Anyone know where I can find it?

There is an elevator near the Horvest castle. Go up to Upper Hadar and you will find entrance to the cave there.

So is that still in the starting area?

No, the lift to her cave is right next to Horvest Castle.

And that is still in Arlania, or allready in dwarven area?

The castle in the dwarves area. It's even the castle you get the quest to rescue her from :)

This quest I have has soemthing to do with a quest on the mainland, something with her making a potion for the ex frog lover. he can't get a frog so I need to find her to fix him a lovepotion

Ya. That's in the marsh lands near the starting castle. Enter the swamp, and talk to the guy in there.

You will find her in the in Arlania in Snake's Underground.
