elevator trim on su-26m (or any trim)?

There are two styles of elevator tabs on Su26Ms: The first with no cockpit adjustment and two ground adjustable tabs mid span of each elevator and the second with a ground adjustable midspan tab (as previous) on the left and a slightly narrower span, slightly longer chord cockpit adjustable tab on the inboard aft edge of the right elevator. (I've seen one aircraft with both the ground and cockpit tabs on the right elevator suggesting the cockpit tab was added later.) The aircraft is quite pitch neutral with a light elevator so trim would be less helpful than on a more stable aircraft, however, with the addition of an external fuel tank or travel pod and low power economy cruise settings the addition of the subsequently developed optional trim tab has proved popular.

The game Su26M has both left and right elevator tabs in the style of the cockpit adjustable one (inboard aft edge) but they seem to operate (don't) like the midspan ground adjustables ...
