Oleg explained why they didn't implement DX11 support yet.
If CloD would have bugged DX11 support at release, the same people who now complain that CloD won't have DX11 at release, would be the first to complain that they implemented DX11 support that doesn't work properly. I honestly don't see the problem, better have "inferior" DX10 support now and look forward to refined DX11 features in the future. If you really need DX11, then wait until they implemented it and play something else instead.
