Well ok I didn't quote you couldn't get any xp over 31, that said, I see it in another way, can I? In my point of view it's not possible to reach level 31 without cheating so 31 is limit with cheating, 30 is limit without cheating.

You also mention it's possible to reach level 31 in easy mode but have you tried? I didn't quote any result mentioning it.
