BSoD ...hmm.. You are running XP -> I guess 32 bit version... for XP should be a patch available so it should not have any problems with 4 GB of ram (the main problem is that much less is shown in XP than is really installed, usually is shown only 3,2 GB and random BSoD's occure... but with the patch should all work fine)
If you have your XP maxed on patches and everything - I would strongly recommend you to turn the HW to service vendor - maybe you mainboard or one of the memory bars has a hardware problem. As you system is quite new - you should use your warranty.. IMHO

Don't forget - it may be only worse (even if you can ignore it by saying to yourself "2 gigs are fine" but remember it may get worse)
