I don't mind Dead is Dead at all,it forces you not to take too many risks , but I wish I could simply turn off the missions goals,it would make these missions more real not less.

The Goal in the Helmut Wick Campaign is, Exactly get his Kills in the same Time in the Mission. That is the Win Condition. If you do not want it, you can take the JG2 Campaign. There you do not have such regulations. But Wick is Wick.
If you were not able to shout the Single Heinkel, Buddy, you need Training. That´s fact. This happened, by the way, very often. You need many Skill to down this Bombers with less Ammo. Me i am able to down 2-3 Heinkels in one Mission, when i have a good day. if i have not a good day, i fail a single downing.... like you
