Out of interest, I tried these same settings, except my resolution is at 1920 x 1080. I got:
avg/max/min 36/97/3

This also wasn’t fluid, with a lot of ‘delayed rendering’ errors. I then set everything to ‘High’, turned SSAO off, and got:
avg/max/min 42/99/7

With these settings there were none of the previous errors, and it was a lot more fluid. I didn’t test the max settings before the patch, but got similar frame rates to your original ones with much lower graphics settings. I have had a substantial increase in frame rates with the beta patch. My cpu speed is at 4.2GHz with a Corsair H100 cooler, psu is a 600W CoolerMaster.
