FPS behavior

Using Fraps i've determined it doesn't seem to matter alot ( within 1 or 2 or so FPS rates) how much I pile on the realism...no matter what its bumpy in telescopic view or low over ground or with bullets hit target & better ( of course) over sea.Its good & bad news,I guess I get to see everything ( neat) but t here isn't much use trying to speed up play.I sure hope one of the next patches helps!
