Why are you in here if you dont want to chat about the topic of the thread?
Give me a chance....I only just registered here, but I can tell you I wouldn't be in the least surprised people are slightly put off discussing in this forum because they are concerned they will just end up in an argument.....go figure, but my registration date is not my date of birth, I've been lurking for ages, what you say about your little engagement with carguy is a speck on the bigger picture, there is obviously a stubborn difference of oppinions on both sides, I can't recall seeing anything here closely resembling a 'discussion' for a long time.

Nobody is arguing, apart from you. Have a read back in the thread, and check when the thread went OT.

Again were discussing the future of CLOD in the "future of CLOD thread"

thats the last im saying about it Tail.

-------------------------------------------------

Back on topic, Carguy, do you think they will ever add FSAA to CLOD?

I did read it and it went OT at post 2 which coincidentally was yours, I'm not arguing, I made an appeal to what I assumed were in reality reasonable people to perhaps tone down the point scoring style posts, I ended up in an exchange with you because you replied, like I said I have been reading these forums for ages and I will have to say you do seem to feature heavily in alot of the more heated discussions.

I thought COD already has AA (just not working well, expecting the patch to fix it) or is AA different to FSAA?

Claptrap taildragger...you went looking for an argument with me to make your mark. Dont absolve yourself or put yourself on a higher plane just yet....

If you're going to wade in, at least have the cajones to stick with it.

This place should be a sepulchre, given the amount of holier-than-thou always on offer.

One minute in the thick of it, the next looking skyward and whistling innocence. Ridiculous.

You might do well to take your own advice, I seem to recall you telling me I have no business entering a conversation uninvited, just because you can swan on in here with 'oh so beautifully crafted' sentences doesn't give you any absolution either.

'Every'? You mean two recently as far as I can recall, and I'm pretty much done in this one. I prefer to criticise the game than the posters, but sometimes it seems you have to get throughh one to get to the other.

And it depends on the provocation on offer.

You may prefer not to risk it and have one less pesky critic to deal with by a simple banning. Satisfaction all round.

*Edit* that reads a bit more petulantly than intended...I mean I dont intend to change my ways, and you may find it easier to ban me now than later. It saves me asking to be banned and it taking a while.

If you can be bothered, you might also wade through some of the preliminaries just to see where I was coming from. Okay, fair enough, not sure I could bothered either.

The baiters and high-horses *do* need sorting out. Not many seem willing to try.

Despite his questionable and irritating overall attitude, I agree 100% with Falstaff about the vexation represented by our well known baiters.

+100 Although I wouldn't say there is anything wrong with his attitude...everyone's attitude appears irritating when they are forced to defend themselves.
