Final Stand was the only mission listed after clicking on the campaign. I hope it's not a deal where you have to complete the first mission for the second one to show up because that first mission is rough! I did get it to show up by deleting the first mission in the resource folder and renaming the folder like the first mission. I guess we will see if others have any issues getting it to show up.
