Q6600 more than 6 years ago?

Well, I have an Athlon 64 3500+ (below minimum specs), 2Gb RAM and a 9600GT 512mb (only thing newer than 6 years). So yeah... I'm satisfied with the performance in my old PC.

Anything about those promised things that the game doesn't do?

How about not being able to run using the min specs advertised, look no further then your system, Oh I forgot you are satisfied with how the game run on your system I wasn't. but then again look at the posts (all post) on this forum sense the release of this game, then you tell us what has this game delivered except expectation of things to come hows that for those promised things that the game doesn't do not to mention being playable. Look I'm not here to get into a pissing contest with you, you're satisfied with the state of Cod as released I'm not, lets leave it at that. Also the Q6600 I purchase in 2007 my mistake but never the less not quite the specs in my sig, roll your eyes at that. TC

Everybody who played a flight sim (or almost any other state-of-the-art game) and doesn't know that the minimum specs aren't worth the paper they are printed on, needs a reality check, imo.

My system doesn't meet the minimum specs advertised. And I never talked about the state of the game as released, I was talking about the state of the game right now.

For me It's a very very good sim (that needs fixes, of course) and it's enjoyable even at 10fps. It's a shame that you can't enjoy it, simply that.

I'll ask again... What are those promised things that the game doesn't do? Promised in the advertising, not rumours.

Anyway this is totally off topic, so I'll leave the discussion here.

Well please look back at my original post on this matter, I was talking about the initial release, so now by your own admission you appear to be the type who makes comments on subjects with out having and understanding of what the subject matter is about. If you consider this game as being good because you are able to run it at 10fps I think I need to get me a machine like yours. As far as what was promised, look at the min specs advisited to run this game when release and then I as you aside from yourself who else thinks this game delivered what was promised/implied aside from your self. I leave it at that. TC

Why would anyone lied about minimum specs, as you are suggesting, (and thus accusing 1C for lying)? And why would anyone believe in such lie?

If you really believe what you have wrote here, you are the one who needs reality check, and possibly specialist help.

Believing in lies, or take the lies as normal (like you did in your post), and especially believing that the other people believe in the same lies or delusions as you, tells much about person's psychological and mind frame and person's inner world.

Of course, I grant that you could just not expressed yourself precisely

I suggest the book "Political Ponerology" by the late Polish psychologist Andrew M. Lobaczewski on that mater.

Minimum specifications usually means that you will play the game, but not with all of its features and graphic quality. When Clod was released it wasn't playable even with the highest official specifications.

I believe that specifications given by 1C was true at the time, and that along the way something went wrong/ or someone didn't do his job. Also I believe that this game (yes its game actually) will be OK and shine again in few months.

Meanwhile, reality says that this game still is not finished, and not OK.

for me the whole forum becomes very suspicous in the last time. all my threads concerning my dissatisfaction with the game are deleted as they don't fit in the vision of some people. if you censor everyone whos not praising this "game" then you don't even need a forum. its rediculous and youre wiping out the former fans of this sim and you lose customers for your next sims.

Constructive criticism wasn't deleted/censored here.
And, this forum is for fans or wannabe fans and people who hope this sim will succeed, if you left this community, don't whine here.

Before you start calling people liars you should read your own statements. What you said there is a lie in itself. COD was playable at release, I played it from day one on the PC in my specs.

Did I have stella performance? No, but long before release the Oleg stated that the sim would be unplayable on maximum settings on current hardware and if I remember rightly that medium setting were what we should be expecting to play on at release. But still some people got the sim, put all the slide to Max and then started complaining about performance issues.

Go figure!
