Just downloaded 4.11 (I know...been a while) and also hotfix. CTD after launching :( - Page 3

Just an alternative - my dvd refused to be read by the game while it was starting up. (no visible scratches...) I just re-bought IL-2 through steam (AUD20) and got it up to 4.11.1 without problems.

That my friend has fixed the problem. I added an exception to Avast and now I have no more CTD. Thanks for the suggestion, cheers, MP
