It's far from an Arcade game when you play it at full settings, or would you say that the video I posted above shows you Arcade gameplay?

MAC
I played it found it too arcrady, tiny maps it's just a dogfight game... Air sarts etc and then if they did use large maps they would have to reduce the quality of maps. Compare what you can do in the game to 1946 even it's clear which one is given the title arcade and the other sim.

Even the new one will be getting tiny maps which makes me wonder hy bother with a heavy bomber????

Here is great representation of the game.
Misleading it can be customized like Il2 1946

As stated above it can't be compared with CLOD but it is not an arcade despite that with lower realism settings it can be played as an arcade.

It's easy..

CloD is a simulator first a video game second.
WoP is a video game first a simulator second.

WoP also serves as a gateway to CloD, so it's all good.

Hey I own WoP myself. If it’s a flight sim I usually buy it anyway just to support it.

Yes you can use TrackIR.
Yes you don't have to have the music playing.
Perhaps that is a bad choice of video.
I have no complaints about WoP.
Everyone has their likes/dislikes.
I would encourage you to buy it you'll love it.

The dark fade-out shading in the cockpit and on the edge of the framing drives me nuts.
