Finally got mine mounted to my Obutto. I moved the Obutto arm up a little more on the chair mount so I could mount the Quadrant below my x52 pro throttle. I now have many levers at my disposal.

I'll post some pictures once my button box arrives in a week or two. Then the setup will be complete!

Loving the Throttle Quadrant. Question. Is there a way to map the Carb Heat to the same lever as the Supercharger? The Blenheim has the Carb Heat level and a few of the German planes do not, but they have a Supercharger lever. I'd like to assign the same lever to both functions. Is this possible? Right now looks like I can only map it to one at a time.

You can save as your config on the right bottom corner at the confing page. Save one for ger, one for others.

Or use a funcion "modifier axis with key" (don remember exact name), so if you
move lever without press a key control heat carb in Blenheim.

Same lever plus a key press, control supercharger in German planes.

Wow that looks amazing. I like how it has a WW2 feel to it. Whomever made that should make a few and sell them. They could make some nice cash.
