Thats not a memory leak, a memory leak occurs when memory that is used by the game is not released when its no longer needed and you eventually run out of memory and boom..

Well because the game runs smooth for a few minutes then suddenly drops, it DOES feel like a memory leak, but much faster.

The result is worth it
confuser.ini is just key mappings - pretty sure this would be safe to leave as the old version. Definitely worth trying to update the other .ini files though.

The past two days have been glorious.
First, the official patch doubled the performance over London for me, but a sticking point was over industrial areas I was still getting single digit framerates.

This hotfix seems to have totally cured that up for me, and again the performance has more than doubled, and sometimes tripled or even quadrupled for me over this previous 'no fly zone.'
Kudos chaps.

I'm also really liking this new prop pitch method for the 109.

This might be a placebo effect, but I could swear at certain low rpms I could see the 109 prop more clearly than before.
It could be my imagination though...

All in all I couldn't be happier with the way things are developing.

Anyone climbing beyond 7000 m in the 109 E3 with CEM ? I can't, no matter what PP I use.

Cheers,
Insuber

7500 m 2600 rpm here. Pitch 11:30. No problem.

Need to test with less ammo and fuel.

S!

TY Jom. Even 7500 m is very far from the 11400 m of ceiling found in literature for the 109 E1. Weird. I wonder how could Luthier ever explain this - porked - performance. PORKED!!

(Yeaaaaaah! Afaik I'm the first one here to use the "porked" FM argument! Finally CloD is becoming a real flight sim!)

Cheers,
Insuber

Yes porked! And i've already read here that the spit II reaches over 27000 ft.
That makes it red flavoured porked

First blue whiner????

I got to 7800m earlier, but damn the poor thing was gasping for breath and on the verge of a stall.
Still, it's way better than the herky-jerky effect we had at 3000m+ before.
