Firsto of all i want to say 'Thank You' to DEVs for the work they are doing.
Now some feedback for this patch: LANDSCAPE: Now colors are awesome eye-candy, sometimes having some "strange" textures colors on water COCKPITS: A bit 'strange' colours at the beginning but after a while they look good BF109 E4/E4B: Can't manage to open/close water and oil radiators JU88: Engines are still under powered. with a standard fuel and weapons load you can't go higher than 3000 / 3500 meters (in real life it was able of a cruise altitude between 6000 and 7000 with full load and 7500+ without weapons and half fuel tanks) ALL AIRCRAFTS: No damages caused by speed exceeding (ex. Ju88 from 7000mt. start dive 90° nose down at 900+ Km/h you loose control until you slow down, may damage engines but no structural damages.) PERFORMANCES: Got a nice improvement (more 10 / 15 FPS, now can't go lower than 30FPS) and stuttering is almoust gone (still some micro-stutter where going from high to low altitude at high speed ON LAND, not sea) My system specs are in the signature and my team-mates from my virtual wing also have similar specs. No notable difference between AMD/ATI and INTEL/NVIDIA systems for us. I was getting CTD with ATI CAT. 11.9 drivers, so I switched to CAT. 11.10 preview drivers and no more CTD. fps 17-32ish all sets to high-(BomberIntercept London). And another discovery with Radeon Pro the graphic bug is gone from the GUI/game, much to my surprise its working now.
edit: Disregard: I have started getting CTD at will, dont understand why, to cut it short. I reinstalled the game/patches and damned if it just dont fly with it making my Desk top part of the mission. "Real Life Bummer"

BUG Alert!!!
OK we spawn in to H/Lobby ATAG, 3 of us..two of can see each other and the 3rd we can see his plane.. but he is flying around but all we can see is his stationary aircraft no prop going nothing,, and when he hits the ground like 5 miles away that plane that is sitting besides us goes Bang and explodes leaving a big crater. Soo what the story there?????? O_Smiladon

haven't found a report about this in a quick search, maybe someone already posted it:
after selecting the plane type for a second or third time in MP the interiour engine sound is sometimes replaced by the outside sound. Found this for Hurri, Spit and 109 so far. |

Yeah I collided with a BR20 and my Hurricane lost most of a wing. (Hurricane Rotol). I was still able to fly it back towards britain. It was a little heavy on the left side but still quite flyable. Might I think be an error with the Damage model as I dont think this plane should be flyable?

just had an extremely annoying bug while playing online on ATAG server...
i crossed the channel with my bf 109E1 and headed towards Manston. i saw a spit and a hurri dogfighting another bf, so i engaged.at the second i placed myself nicely at the six of the hurri, suddenly the screen froze.i could still hear the sound and how the engine began to overrev slowy.after about 5seconds the game seemed to continue, but after only half a second, the screen froze again.this lag continued until i crashed into the channel. ![]() those lags/screen freezes are extremely annoying, especially when playing online.in singleplayer mode, i rarely have them and not nearly as dramatic as when playing onlline. however i played two and a half hour today on ATAG server, and had those screenfreezes several times.sometimes midair when nothing obvious seemed to happen in my near surrounding. but everytime when i engaged an enemy plane, the screen froze for some seconds(certainly 2-3 seconds).this makes onlinegaming really frustrating.i imagine my oponent grinning when he saw that i suddenly disengaged without any reason,diving straight from his six into the channel ![]() again those screenfreezes happen really often, but normally after some few seconds, the game continues.which is annoying enough... but the last freeze caused not only a crash of my plane, but of the game as well. i looked at the crashfile in the 1c folder, but it was 0kb big.so nothing i can send to the devs. another bug which kills immersion when playing online, is the solution how planes and targets are shown from far distance. the dots are not white anymore, but black...so they are not that obvious anymore, but still visible through land, which is a nogo. the dots are clearly visible from hundred of miles, but when you actually come close, the black dot suddenly jumps to a grey one which is far smaller in size.so one can spot objects from the other side of the channel, but when you actually come closer, the objects suddenly seem to dissapear.thats ridiculous and really needs improvement.i know that problem exists since day one, but all the devs did was to suddenly make the dots even more visible and turned them into a shiny white/trying to resemble reflections(which btw did not look like reflections at all), and after everybody was complaining about this feature/bug, they just made them black, instead of finding a solution. The AI for the Avro Anson does not work when it comes into land it always crashes and then disapears, then respawns in a hanger jittering around like a rampant rabbit.
Artificial horizon gauge on the spitfire1 also needs tweaking as it is Lazy in flight manouvres. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This are for picture to prove that four BF 109 E3b do strafe a Tiger Moth in a mission I have created and get stuck in midair and do not move from there, if you look at the number of frames on the pictures you see that the Bf109 do not move but are in midair and do make sounds. My PC; ![]() Win7 x64. Asus p6x58d. I7 975 3.75Ghz. System & game HDD 256Gb 10.000rpm. 12 Gb (6*2Gb) ddr3 1333Mhz memory. Geforce gtx580 1.5Gb. Trackir 5. Logitech G940. It does this only in this mission, this pictures are taken during a big mission with more than 50 planes and there from there low fps count. ![]() Have all a fun game, Ihave! |
