Servers should just disable online skins. It was a problem in original IL-2 and also in this new installment. Too much lag and pauses when they load at spawning etc.

Just checked Repka (R2-R4) settings at sukhoi.ru.

Netspeed per client settings:
R2 - speed=32000
R3 - speed=100000
R4 - speed=64000
