You might have to make a jig, glue layers and then clamp them up tight and leave it for a couple of days.
I did some wood bending a couple years ago. I cut some 1/8" thick strips,
3/4" wide and stacked them 5 high. Don't know how well this is gonna help you, but its an idea anyway:

Its a rudder. Sitka spruce and white pine. The elevator is next to it there, you can see part of it. I also have the stabilizer done. About 18 months ago I started the project but its been on hold for one horrible reason or another. Family drama, all work and no play, depression, kids, financial, moving etc. But things are looking up and I am resuming work on it, finally again. Working on the wing ribs. Serach: FP202 Koala. Its like a mini piper cub.

Sorry to go off topic from the thread. WTE_Galway looks like he has the solution.
