Differences.

There are enhanced extra bloom effects. its quite exagerated up close but that is to enhance the flash angle reflect at distance (true plane spotting)

Clouds now recieve lighting and it produces backlit a effect.

Dusktime sees more colour bleed from the land

Specular sun effects are brighter, last longer.

the powerfull sun has been reduced when behind clouds. that also includes the blinding effect thats been re worked.

the sun light does not flicker when behind a cloud

Everything is more vivid.

the shadowing is darker.

the sky has more colour variation (blue), This is now in good contrast with the colourng of the land and the shaders it recieves. still imo not correct, but more dynamicly alive !

yeah alright, i'm getting carried away, what i mean is ive not had an enviromental based game with a more full set of shaders used absolutely everywhere. real generous poly structures. its Lush man ! and so vivid.
