Or "Der Untergang" as we WWII nerds prefer to call it... I can see Bruno Gantz "fake texted" to shout stuff like:

"Can everyone who was not involved in losing the source code during the move to our new office leave the room now!"

"All that don't work on the patch - leave the room now!"

Considering 1C/Maddox's history with 'stolen' patches with the old IL2 franchise I hope they are careful. Heck, wasn't there even a story not long before CoD's release where Oleg's home PC was infiltrated where someone tried to get CoD's source code?

Does anyone else find the video showing a "hollywood" flatlining very ironic and fitting for all the drama queens in here LOL!

It definitely makes the waiting more calming. The WarThunder SimHq forums are very quite, everyone who's interested in the sim must be beta testing and under a NDA as there is very little praising or whinging happening there. I had hopes for that sim, but the latest video still shows the BOB map only incompassing the Manston/Folkstone area. Its quite useless for not much more than airstart furballs.

I don't think everyone has a vacation at the same time so that isn't the reason for it been dead in here, and I don't think it's anything to do with the sunshine because many people are playing other games.

How dead the forums are now has little if any effect on the future of COD, If the game engine is finished and working, everything will start fresh from that point.
