As B6 stated, the majority of Eastern/Russian federation countries use it, so it has to be be supported (because unauthenticated versions of Dx10 operating systems don't exist).
Poll options are biased towards only one opinion. I very much agree that it should be supported though it will not affect me personally. There is no poll option that suits this position.
