Caretaker - Vikings Alliance

Hi guys, been playing Warriors of the north for a while and loving the game so far. But now im on the riftlands and I cant progress. Im supposed to talk to the caretaker of the mine but where is he?

Ive looked in the abondoned mine and the other cave area and all over riftlands and new kordar but i cant find the damn guy

Can anyone help?

he's in grotland not riftland
