plane keeps rolling left?

Hey guys,

This my just be my noobiness ( im new to Il2)

But all of the planes I fly keep rolling right!, and aileron trim does not seem to do much... ( as opposed to pitch trim..)

they also seem very unstable, i cant even get my sights on a bomber flying level....

My joystick (saitek cyborg evo) is properly calibrated.

why does this happen ?
