Addind morale bonuses

hello, I'd like to add bonuses for higher morale
like increasing health of each unit
or speed
or ability to retaliate more or not to be retaliated
I haven't found any list of artifacts or monsters in ses.kfs so I don't know where to inspire, can you help me please?
