I was reading somewhere that everybody's plane was exploding, when trying a belly landing.
How long can you sit there in the plane without hitting A will anything happen if you don't hit the button?

Your plane explodes when getting new damage, so when you belly land and lose a wing, THEN your props get damage its Boom.

So if you have enough damage to not be able to take-off + new damage = Explosion.
