OXM Review of BoP: 8/10

8/10 isnt bad....


isnt bad at all!!!


actually better than i thought it would be. Regardless of how good the game is, they usually get fairly poor scores because this genre doesnt appeal to game reviewers (or the ones who seem to do the reviews for flynig games).

Im happy with 8/10, and look forward to next friday when i can fly around in the mighty hawker hurricane and shoot down some HE111's over dover.

Not going ot happen. So far the game has got a 3.5/5, and a 8/10. Anybody expecting this game to average anywhere close to 90% is simply in fantasy land.

It will average either in the low 80's or high 70's on Gamerankings.

WHAT freaking HUD/Labels??? Isn't it true that on SIM you don't have any labels and thus and VERY clean hud??? Or am i playing another game/demo??

Exactly what I was thinking - play it in sim mode if you don't want the damn icons!

Anyways, decent score, hope this game is supported with extra content/features in the future.

Even in wuss (arcade) mode you can hide most of them through the options (hud from full to minmal).

I really did think it was way over cluttered through with all the yellow pointers. Have a red one to your current target by all means, but we don't need an arrow pointing to all of the enemy aircraft at once surely?

Also, is there any way of turning off all that annoying enemy radio chatter when you shoot them down? Would have have that IRL? I find that really off putting.

Who is our, and no your opinion does NOT count more then reviewers as nobody cares about blind, and ignorant fanboys like you. Reviews are for people like me who are not sure about getting the game

Add to the fact that all the major review site are now compromised these days by dodgy deals and kickbacks.

Not on niche games they don't. The only time that happens is on real big games. Niche games like WWII Flight Sims had neither the budget nor the desire to bribe reviewers.

Wouldn't suprise me if the publishers of Heroes Over Europe paid the big sites to review BoP poorly.

No we come to the dumbest, and most ignorant statements I have ever seen. At first I thought you might have been getting paid by the publisher to say this stuff, but this last part is so ignorant, and so stupid that nobody would pay you.

First of all these are 3 very niche games nobody bribes reviewers for niche games. Second of all I have never of any publisher paying a mag to give a bad review score to another game. That is just flat out stupid. Third of all the game got a 8/10. So your trying to say that Ubisoft payed them to give their competitor a 8/10. Do you realise how stupid, and ignorant you sound. You are one of the worst fanboys i have ever seen.
