Brilliant!

I know this will probably get burried, but can someone remind me how we do this? Do we have to revert to the default steam version before applying the new patch?

Yes just verify files in steam and it will take you back to the official version.

Maybe we should look in game, he said some are previous changes and that seems very similar to the earlier readme.

luthier,

many thanks for the new patch

could you please as a matter of priority add the ability to set a specific FoV between 35 and 90 degrees as we were able to do in the later installments of the il2 series ? since many of us have different size monitors, we need to be able to set a "normal" view for our monitor sizes

without the ability to do so ALL in-game objects and planes look the wrong size, and if distant planes are not displayed in their correct sizes it distorts the sense of how far away they are from us and how fast they are traveling. as a flight SIMULATOR it is essential we are able to see object sizes correctly from our cockpits

fixing this is a relatively minor issue for your programers that shouldnt take much time, but will make a big difference in game play for the users

thanks for all the hard work !
