I know there are a lot of FFB owners and a lot that fly 109's and it's a simple test, start a quick mission in bf110 pull cannon trigger, start mission in bf109 pull cannon trigger, compare the two. If the cannon is stronger in the 109 then it looks like it's using the wrong .ffe file like it is on my system.
Ahahahaha! at least I could still remember

OK, I tested just for you, both Bf109 and ME110 use the autocannon.ffe file and I could not notice a difference between the two planes.

Thanks GRAthos,

I don't know if that is good news or not. I might have to reinstall the game. I've cleared out my configs already and used fresh ones from steam but that didn't fix it either.

It seems all sorts of people have different FFB experiences. Could it be because we've all used beta patches? I have installed every beta patch and it was the first beta patch that gave us FFB.

I'm a bit worried about doing a fresh install. This game has a few bugs and who knows if I make it worse by re-installing? Plus it takes so long to download from Steam, I wish there was a torrent option.

I'm tearing my hair out because the 'community' here won't answer this question for me. The bf109 uses the wrong forces file for cannon that's why it's so strong.

You can use 'fedit' to edit the forces files. The problem however is that the autocannon.ffe file is not used by the bf109 cannon. At least that's the case for me but NOBODY on this forum wants to confirm that for me. I've raised the question like 4 times......
I've noticed this, too. They really need to switch the me109 cannons to autocannon.ffe in realistic.

Did anyone overcome such problem? Which settings/profiles are you using?

Dear Luthier, please add the force feedback "strength" option in the game!
I thought it was just me. In dog fighting, I can hardly follow the enemy plane because the force feedback is so strong. I'm aware that, at high speed, the controls got stiffer, but geez.

I haven't tried the profiles at the CoD website, but will maybe tonight.

Can't for my life remember his name but a dude on this forum sent me his force files and they are really nice, on the verge to an overcocked noodle.
He had fibbled with the files so that the stall vibration would come out more.

I'll mail him so he can check this thread and perhaps send u his files.
