it's really badly out of focus with awfull resolution and not level with the horizon, almost looks like a photograph of another photograph scanned badly.

the key to that picture is the moon phase is totally wrong

truman should have noticed

as i have noticed lowest tide with the moon at the top or sun and moon making a 60º angle on half moon when they should make a 90º
