Because no one from those flights have said they want to be flight lead.

hi guys, i see a lot of great sigs. good job. as for the flight leader of hotel flight. who is up 4 it??? i'm not a good choice , because of my worktimes. i have to work on wednesday evening and i'm not always available every evening. but i'll try to be online as much as possible.

I'm just guessing here, but there may be some reluctance on the part of some flight members to volunteer for flight lead without knowing what would be expected of them, that said unless any of my flight team really want the job, I will put myself forward for the role.

Well this squadron is definitely not going to be extreme and hardcore as some of the other ones out there. Some will kick you out if you can't make it to practice one night. So as far as job expectations for flight leads, I can't think of any right now.

I don't think it is going to be to overwhelming.
