Crap, another quest is broken. The quest "Pirate's Crops", when I look at the quest details, it says that I got 0/5 plants, but I got 5 plants in my inventory and can't complete the quest by the NPC.

EDIT: Doh, didn't read the comment above. At least we confirmed that its not a unique event.
