I have confirmation. It is the real date. Another official 1C representative at the Russian 1C forums has posted the date.

They posted about the KRI conference where the release date was announced and yet they are still afraid to post the date itself on rignroll.com. Just post it already!!!!

I know the person in charge of rignroll.com I will ask him why they cant post it yet. Or maybe they will later. If they do, major interest in the game will arise again.
